Beginning Chapter 5

15 When Mahalalel had lived 65 years, he became the father of Jared. 16 And after he became the father of Jared, Mahalalel lived 830 years and had other sons and daughters. 17 Altogether, Mahalalel lived 895 years, and then he died.
18 When Jared had lived 162 years, he became the father of Enoch. 19 And after he became the father of Enoch, Jared lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters. 20 Altogether, Jared lived 962 years, and then he died.
21 When Enoch had lived 65 years, he became the father of Methuselah. 22 And after he became the father of Methuselah, Enoch walked with God 300 years and had other sons and daughters. 23 Altogether, Enoch lived 365 years. 24 Enoch walked with God; then he was no more, because God took him away.

Good to be back again...after 2 months of absence from the blog...thought i will be gone for good again...Genesis chapter 5....the most distinct part was what happened to Enoch....he was no more because God took him away...

How good that was to be! some of you would think. To be taken away and without worries and troubles of this world forever! Woo hoo....shiok shiok...just face to face with our God, the One who created and Loves us....but we know it will not happen to us...or that we thought...

Do we know what's gonna happen to us? God have the best laid plan for us...we can't see it now....we will see it later.....some are just too impatient to wanna fly before they learn to walk.....

Ever wonder why Jesus need to come down on earth to be just like one of us other than the reason He will be the Ultimate Sacrifice and will be taking over our sins? Think it through....think it through.....WWJD.......we always thought its hard to do this.....to resist that.....blah blah.....if Jesus can do it means a man can do it....

Hard to love a particular person or friend - rewind to think how God is able to love you....if you find hard to love someone....think of how God is able to love you no matter what you did....yes...NO MATTER WHAT YOU DID....

.....this song always touched my heart.....

"Your Grace...Still Amazes me...."

Beginning Chapter 4

6 Then the LORD said to Cain, "Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? 7 If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must master it."

Chinese New Year is 15 days...but to most, today is the last day of Chinese New Year. Be going back to work, study.....some are excited though...can see their favourite girl or boy by their windows...admiring from far but do not dare to approach....those were the days...."it's my life...story...." nice tune isnt it from Mr Lee...

Since this to some are the last day of CNY, i will like to share "there's something about Chinese New Year"
1) The TV set is something you fell in love with and can't keep your gaze off while visiting your relatives...
2) You clocked 35 times shaking strangers' hand and greeting them in two days than you will do for the rest of the year...
3) Your mouth, teeth and digestive system have to work overtime....
4) You think your prayers answered when you and your spouse don't see any kids while visitation...
5) You "sigh" when you look at the calender looking for the next public holiday 2006....

Ok...need to go bath now....the beautiful one is out...and so its me in now....

Advertisement No. 1

2nd Day of New Year passed and we are into minutes of the 3rd day...school restarting...back to work time.....its aint that bad, considering that we have 4 days of rest...for those that dun "cheong" or play "mahjong" that is...

Just one question today - Do taxi companies test the people before they eventually rent out their taxis? At least some theory test like the following Qn for example:

"Which route will u take if the passenger wanna travel from Sengkang to Toa Payoh?"

Any0ne out there know if they are tested? I just had some experience today..er..as in yesterday...me and my beautiful one and my parents were going to my sis place at punggol 21 from my place at ang mo kio. We ended up at mandai and then woodlands checkpoint and then after discussion with the driver, we finally reached punggol 21. I'm not really angry watever but feels that more and more people are taking taxi job but some really dunno how to travel around Singapore...but Thank God this driver is honest enough to deduct at least $8 from the amount indicated on the price...

Anyway, anyhow....maybe we shall really advice our driver which way to take if we know the way before they send us tour around Singapore when we do not really wanted....

Beginning Chapter 3

21 The LORD God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife and clothed them.....23 So the LORD God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken.

The Eve of Chinese Lunar New Year...yes, that's today. Preparing now to go and have reunion dinner with the beautiful family. Reunion dinner always give me this special and happy feeling in me and of cos the follow up - the ang baos. It was even greater "shiok" during my first Chinese New Year as a botak back in seletar camp..all of us were so charged up to booking out!

Was it the freedom or was it back to our family that we were charged up about? For me, i guess during that going to book out time was becos of family...but after reaching home, suddenly, i was back at my room alone again while my parents were outside watching 10, 9, 8........

Guess people always missed something when its gone..and not matter how many times we try to remind ourself to treasure something or someone...its very hard when they are around? Of cos, i sound ridiculous rite...its right there, how to miss it?! Anyway, i guess you know what i am toking about...This New Year...Wishing One and All A Joyous and Peaceful and Heartwarming and Blessed and Exciting Chinese New Year!

I got to go now...watching people rushing back home for reunion dinner....treasure and be thankful that you have somewhere that you can have dinner and a family to eat with you...for some...they just wish someone will give them something to eat....Adios...

Beginning Chapter 2

20 So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds of the air and all the beasts of the field. But for Adam [h] no suitable helper was found. .....22 Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib [j] he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.
23 The man said, "This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called 'woman, [
k] ' for she was taken out of man."
24 For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh
.

Phew! just finished cleaning up the whole house! yes, just me and the beautiful she. Marriage leads to so much independence that goes so much back to the President saying "..today we celebrate..our independence day.." yes, from the movie Independence Day. Not much fun when it comes to this type of independence though...sometimes we will cry out and wish our parents are around to help us out..

So...take this time to really treasure your parents while you are still with them...as in living together with them...and help them out even though they always say"Bian lah"...so wanna take this time to thank my parents, for all the things they have ever done....for me...

now going to service liao..or else the beautiful she..maybe become the beastfully she...

Beginning Chapter 1

"1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth....26 Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, [b] and over all the creatures that move along the ground."
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. "

That's just parts of Genesis, the first chapter. Everything have a beginning and a reason and purpose for it. So guess this is my beginning - something rather new to me. I've never kept a mistress and a dairy and guess never will, so maybe a blog will help me remember some things i really said or done.

Chinese New Year is coming in a wonderful land call Singapore and my house is not quite ready for the occasion yet. Actually suppose to be on leave today but cancelled it due to a beautiful reason. Yes, she is beautiful. Anyway, if im on leave, i guess there will not be this beginning. Think my mind rite now is to get the newpaper and to see if my comment is printed over the England manager saga...haha....and heh, how long shall i write my first blog...will the director please indicate now....

hello..? hello...?
